Oh how I love my third grade teacher friends.  During the past two professional development workshop days, I’ve gotten to spend more time with them than usual and they always help me remember just how far my sprouts have to go.  They also can be downright hilarious.

Today, during a workshop in a kindergarten classroom, a friend sat in one of our tiny kindergarten sized chairs, looked up at me, and with all the seriousness of an amazing epiphany stated, ‘These chairs make you realize just how big your butt is.”

Oh how I adore her and the truthfulness she brings to everything she does.

(For the record, she told me I could use her story.)
